Notes before estimates save time. Snap the area, plus any leaks, stains or damp spots nearby. Jot down when you first noticed it and what repairs came before. You do not need perfect records. A few clear pictures and a few lines go a long way, and they are handy for any insurance conversation later.
What happens after you send it?
Lincolndone Mold Help passes your request to an independent provider in our network. The provider reaches out to talk through the details and may suggest a visit. Providers do the inspection, testing and remediation, not Lincolndone Mold Help. Availability varies, so ask the provider about timing. Any price should come in writing.
